Event Based Parking Attendant

Overview

Collects payments, guides traffic, and provides customer service at event parking sites.

Tasks

-Reconcile receipts, cash, and charges, accurately account for all funds within cashier drawer -Relay customer concerns and/or information to shift lead or Operations Manager as necessary -Issue and/or collect visitor parking tickets -Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area -Match visitor ticket to parking rate schedule; collects proper payment from visitors and distributes correct change -Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates -Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concern -Set up and move cones and parking signs inside and outside parking structure as needed -Approach and greets all customers in a friendly, professional manner -Perform revenue drops following specific location procedures -Follow all company procedures and complies with all safety regulations -Direct traffic inside and outside the parking structure to maintain efficient traffic flow -Immediately report accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead

What You Bring

-One (1) year of similar experience preferred -Must be 18 years of age or older -No high school diploma, GED or college degree required -Customer Service experience -Is quick and responsive to provide excellent customer service
