Tasks

-Administer the tender process, including evaluation and award recommendations. -Manage and oversee projects from start to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. -Partner closely with the Project Team to provide commercial, contractual, and financial guidance throughout all project phases. -Develop procurement strategies and prepare tender documentation, cost plans, cost reports, and tender recommendation submissions. -Review and assess variation orders, manage progress payments, prepare monthly cost reports, and finalize project accounts.

What You Bring

-Proactive, reliable, and collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams, consultants, and clients. -Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. -Strong technical background with hands-on experience in both pre- and post-contract management. -Professional membership (SISV, RICS, AIQS) is preferred. -Solid understanding of contract conditions and standard measurement methods (CEMS, SMM or equivalent). -5 to 8 years of relevant experience in cost consultancy or contracts management within the construction industry.
