Provide analytics and admin support for global total rewards projects and processes.

Tasks

-Indirect liaison with country and regional HR Services & Solutions, provide support as requested, and build relationships with HR support staff. -Provide analytical and administrational support (analytics, data analysis, etc.) to Total Rewards projects / processes across the globe. The projects / processes cover different aspects of Total Rewards management, such as annual performance pay planning, compensation offer proposals, compensation data audit, short term incentive plan deployment, calculation and administration, benefits / insurance management, invoice management, support transactional mobility management, HRIS, etc. -Work under close guidance of Total Rewards COE team as required and provide (administrative) support

What You Bring

-Master of Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience -Knowledge and experience in data analytics and related technologies as an advantage (Tableau, Alteryx, BI Worldwide) -Ability to build partnerships with internal team members, Human Resources and managers, even when they are located in other parts of the world -Advanced Excel and other Microsoft Office tools -Basic C&B technical skills, such as job evaluation, market benchmarking analysis, etc. -Experience with Human Resources systems (i.e. Workday) -Strong attention to details and accuracy -4-6 years of experience with all facets of staff benefits, preferably EMEA / US Benefits. -Ability working toward deadlines, multi-tasking and operating in an environment with shifting priorities
