Tasks
-Accurately record and report mortality counts and clinical observations in accordance with study protocols. -Execute study protocols involving animal dosing, sample collection, and behavioral observations. -Conduct randomization of animals into study groups using approved methods to ensure unbiased data collection. -Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives related to in-vivo techniques and animal care. -Collaborate with study directors and veterinary staff to ensure animal welfare and protocol adherence. -Perform daily animal care and husbandry tasks, including feeding, cage cleaning, and health monitoring. -Assist in maintaining regulatory compliance and other relevant guidelines. -Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of all procedures and observations.

What You Bring
-Familiarity with electronic data capture systems and laboratory documentation. -Comfort with working in a regulated environment and following SOPs. -Demonstrated experience with randomization procedures and mortality tracking. -Proficiency in animal handling techniques for rodents (mice and rats). -Experience with dosing techniques, IP preferred. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research setting. -Strong understanding of animal husbandry practices and ethical care standards. -Knowledge of study design and statistical principles related to randomization. -Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in in-vivo animal research, preferably in a GLP-compliant environment. -Bachelor’s degree in biology, animal science, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
