  • Designing and developing of generative AI models, including but not limited to LLMs, VLMs, GANs and Multimodal LLMs.
  • Conducting and driving forward innovative research in the field of generative AI, leading the team in exploring new methodologies and technologies.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations on the impact of generative AI initiatives on the business.
  • Developing and testing software components according to customer and technical requirements.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate new generative models into existing AI systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimizing performance.

  • Have proven experience in the development and deployment of generative AI models.
  • Demonstrated skill at function in a team setting
  • Have ability to analyze and resolve problems through innovation and creative solutions.
  • Have proven experience in software programming languages, with a focus on Python, including AI libraries eg PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformer architecture.
  • Have a Master or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a specialization in generative models.
  • Demonstrated awareness of critical thinking and problem solving methods
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across different disciplines.
  • Demonstrated awareness of presentation and influencing skills
  • Be a natural communicator, with an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
