To complete the programme and fast-track your career towards Assistant Design Manager status, positioning yourself as a key player in shaping, coordinating and leading the design process on complex construction projects in the future. -Networking Forums with site tours, peer learning, and social events. -Regular Progress Reviews with your manager and L&D partner.

What You Bring

-Creativity, curiosity, and a keen eye for detail. -Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to challenge ideas and find solutions. -A degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Design Management, Construction Management or a related field.
