Senior Associate / Lead Architect

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Conduct product research -Perform ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time -Participate in design and documentation reviews -Collaborate with project teams on design development drawings and models -Utilise HDR systems and processes and understand compliance requirements of external statutory codes and standards in application of the requested duties -Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and team initiatives -Coordinate the architectural design process, developing alternative solutions and presentation graphics used to communicate concepts -Independently create high quality schematic, design development or construction documentation -Produce high quality study models, renderings, montages, diagram, presentations, sample and / or image boards -Act as document controller

What You Bring

-Demonstrated graphic presentation skills -Must have experience in preparation and layout of architectural contract documents and specifications -Proficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process -Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field -Strong technical skills and proficiency with design software tools such as Revit, Rhino and Adobe suite -Strong knowledge of codes and good planning skills -Strong portfolio with a great eye for presentation and attention to detail -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills -A minimum of 10 years experience -Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule) -Registered Architect -Master's degree in Architecture
