Tasks

-Preparing, assisting with compiling, proofreading, and editing reports, presentations, organizational charts, or any other relevant documents. -Preparing internal communications. -Welcoming and registering visitors (preparing meeting rooms, access cards if needed, meal orders, etc.) -Supporting the administrative assistants team during peak workloads or vacation periods. -Booking travel arrangements for management team members.

What You Bring

-You have excellent written communication skills in both French and English. French is required. English is also required to regularly communicate with clients outside Quebec. -You stand out for your initiative and interpersonal skills. -You have advanced knowledge of computer tools, including the Office Suite (especially Word and PowerPoint). -You are studying in administration and management techniques.
