Tasks

-Supporting Transfer Pricing: Assist with transfer pricing documentation and financial analysis, coordinating closely with internal business units, HQ, and external tax advisors. -Providing Customs Support: Support customs advisory activities, ensuring alignment with local regulations and the company's global customs strategy. -Resolving Tax Queries: Manage and respond to tax inquiries from authorities and internal stakeholders, preparing draft replies and resolving issues related to various tax matters. -Managing Tax Returns: Prepare and submit Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, and GST returns to tax authorities, handling all necessary information extraction and collation. -Leading Tax Advisory & Projects: Participate in ad-hoc advisory and special projects, including process improvement, implementing new tax laws, and M&A activities. -Handling Tax Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly tax accounting and reporting packages, ensuring full compliance with both local and HQ requirements.

What You Bring

-Problem-Solving Skills: You are a detail-oriented, independent individual who demonstrates initiative and a constant process improvement mindset, supported by strong analytical skills. -Relevant Experience: You have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Singapore corporate tax, GST, and transfer pricing, gained either from an accounting firm or an in-house role. A Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP) accreditation is a plus. -Communication & Interpersonal Skills: You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Technical Proficiency: You are proficient with SAP, MS Applications, and other accounting software. -Educational Background: A degree in Tax, Accountancy, Business Administration, or an equivalent professional qualification is required. -Teamwork & Collaboration: You can work effectively as an individual contributor and partner with colleagues across different functions and businesses.
