Overview

Manage and supervise electrical construction crews on retail/commercial projects, travel nationwide.

Tasks

-Oversee all phases of retail and commercial construction projects (new builds and remodels) -Perform layout and coordination of underground, overhead, and wall rough installations -Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings -Operate equipment such as backhoes, trenchers, scissor lifts, and forklifts -Supervise and manage a crew of 5–10 team members -Assist the Superintendent to ensure efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment -Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures -Coordinate project details with utility providers and other stakeholders

What You Bring

-Ability to travel frequently -Must be able to pass a drug test -Valid driver's license -Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes -Be available for occasional night or weekend work, as required -3+ years of experience managing retail new construction or remodel projects -Proficiency with project management software and digital tools
