Tasks
-Conduct training sessions for site teams to enhance skills and ensure compliance with regulatory agreements. -Participate in internal and external audits as required. -Collaborate with compliance agencies as directed by the supervisor. -Complete additional projects or tasks as assigned by the Director of Compliance. -Attend state agency audits, training, and industry seminars. -Respond to questions from the site team, providing guidance and support as needed. -Provide guidance and training to site personnel to meet occupancy and recertification targets. -Proactively develop skills related to affordable housing programs. -Review and approve move-in and recertification files to ensure regulatory eligibility. -Track Account Month Ending activities related to MOU and Resident Programs. -Adhere to company policies and HUD/LIHTC guidelines. -Assist with syndicator reviews, including evaluating first-year applicant files and preparing affordable reporting. -Monitor Supportive Services Activities, ensuring compliance with resident programs. -Oversee preparation and review of Program Reports. -Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development. -Conduct monthly reporting and monitor state agency reports, including: -Ensure accurate and timely submission of required regulatory reports for syndicators.

What You Bring
-Exceptional attention to detail. -Proficiency in computer applications. -Proficiency in Yardi Affordable/Rent Café. -Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively. -Minimum of 3 years' experience in preparing or auditing certifications; property management experience preferred. -High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. -Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. -Familiarity with Section 8 and/or LIHTC procedures. -HCCP, TCS, NCP, or other Professional Affordable Housing Certification is preferred. -Strong knowledge of Florida regulations and resources.
