Tasks

-Define and execute a strategic vision for personal and regional practice growth, driving innovation and excellence. -Play a key role in marketing and business development efforts, securing new opportunities and partnerships. -Develop and strengthen relationships with municipal, state, and private clients, expanding our footprint in the industry. -Lead and grow your own practice, with full autonomy and support from a nationally recognized firm. -Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and technical excellence. -Established relationships with key stakeholders, including local DOTs, agencies, and municipalities. -Make a real impact, shaping the future of transportation in the local and regional market. -Ensure project profitability and operational success, effectively managing budgets, scopes, and resource allocation. -Lead and deliver a diverse range of transportation projects, including transportation planning, traffic engineering, roadway design, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS).

What You Bring

-12+ years of experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering and design, traffic operations, and/or ITS planning and design. -Proven ability to mentor and develop staff, fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented culture. -Client-focused mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and delivering innovative transportation solutions. -Demonstrated experience in resource management, ensuring teams are effectively aligned and projects run smoothly. -Strong business acumen, with experience managing projects profitably and navigating agency specifications. -Exceptional leadership, communication, and technical skills, with the ability to inspire teams and collaborate at all levels. -Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Colorado, with expertise in transportation engineering and planning. -Proven success in winning, leading, and delivering transportation projects in the local area.
