Tasks

-Liaising with service authorities, contractors, developers, and other relevant project stakeholders across multiple disciplines. -Delivering high quality and innovative civil designs and documentation for residential and commercial land divisions. -Leading and managing projects from concept design to construction within delivery time frames. -Mentoring and development of team members, growing the civil team and growing the portfolio of clients.

What You Bring

-5-10 years civil experience with land division design -Experience in design of stormwater and drainage layout for land divisions -A minimum qualification of Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution -Proficient in the use of engineering design software tools including AutoCAD, 12D, Drains -Experience in the design of SA Water services (advantageous)
