The Role

Overview

Lead end‑to‑end ops and contracts for a modular product value stream.

Tasks

-Identify opportunities of process improvements and work with operations team to find solutions. -Communicates risk to leadership with suggested action plan to mitigate identified risk. -Track and manage value stream KPIs ensuring balanced schedule, manpower, efficiency, quality, throughput. Ensure adherence to customer requirements. -Daily Operations and manage production priorities.

What You Bring

-Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional attention to detail. -OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 Certification Preferred. -Ability to lead external client facing meetings, facilitating effective discussions with follow up action items. -Knowledge of manufacturing financial programs and software required. -Basic estimating skills required (ability to estimate change orders, impacts to scopes of work). -A strong team player with demonstrated leadership skills. -5-8 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. -Ability to successfully lead a diverse team, as well as organize and manage multiple projects of varying complexity. -Working knowledge of SharePoint preferred. -Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings, standards, and specifications required. -Ability to utilize available resources effectively to solve problems as they occur. -Advanced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Visio and Required. -Ability to work with and manage outside vendors. -Knowledge of applicable codes required. -Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent job experience. Especially job experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
