Tasks

What You Bring

-Expérience dans le domaine manufacturier fortement souhaitée. -10+ years of recent SAP functional professional experience, including 3 years of experience as an SAP team lead, 3 years of SAP functional analyst/expert position, and at least, one full life cycle SAP implementation. -Solides compétences en gestion, communication, planification et administration; doit faire preuve d’un bon esprit d’équipe et d’une attitude proactive avec un historique de livraisons de haute qualité. -Experience in the manufacturing domain is highly desirable. -Well organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in parallel. -Prior experience in technical project management. -Own configuration and support for at least one SAP module (preferably IBP). -Certifications dans les modules SAP pertinents (IBP préféré) -Diplôme universitaire en informatique, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine pertinent, ou équivalent. -Certifications in relevant SAP modules (IBP preferred). -Diriger la configuration et le soutien pour au moins un module SAP (IBP de préférence). -Proven experience managing SAP functional teams and leading projects, demonstrating strong leadership skills. -Encadrer et soutenir une équipe d’analystes fonctionnel·le·s SAP, en favorisant leur développement et leur performance. -Expérience avérée dans la gestion d’équipes fonctionnelles SAP et la direction de projets, démontrant de solides compétences en leadership. -Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end business processes and configuration within multiple SAP modules, including at least 3 of the following: IBP, SD, MM, EWM, TM, FICO and PP. -Le bilinguisme (français/anglais) est considéré comme un atout. -Bilingual (French/English) is considered an asset. -Connaissance approfondie des processus d’affaires de bout en bout et de la configuration dans plusieurs modules SAP, incluant au moins 3 des suivants : IBP, SD, MM, EWM, TM, FICO et PP. -Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant areas from an accredited university or equivalent. -Bonne organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités en parallèle. -Expérience préalable en gestion de projets techniques. -Strong management, communication, planning, and administrative skills; must exhibit strong team player qualities and a self-starter attitude with a consistent record of high-quality delivery. -Planifier et gérer les projets, en respectant les délais et les budgets. -Plus de 10 ans d’expérience professionnelle récente en tant que fonctionnel SAP, dont 3 ans en tant que chef d’équipe SAP, 3 ans en tant qu’analyste/expert fonctionnel SAP, et au moins un cycle complet de mise en œuvre SAP.
