Tasks

-Collect and secure rental payments -Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations -Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents -Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more

What You Bring

-Customer service or sales experience -High school diploma or equivalent to -Valid driver’s license -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
