Tasks

-Securing credentials in RPA platforms like Automation Anywhere. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce identity lifecycle policies, access governance frameworks, and security controls. -Managing access to databases (Oracle, MS SQL) and enterprise applications. -Manage access certification campaigns, SoD policy enforcement, and compliance reporting. -Troubleshoot onboarding issues and escalate complex problems as needed" -Drive RBAC and RBAD initiatives, including role mining, modeling, entitlement analysis, and role lifecycle management. -Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline identity processes and improve operational efficiency. -Troubleshoot onboarding issues and escalate complex problems as needed -Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and support teams. -Governance of non-human identities (e.g., service accounts, bots, APIs). -Oversee application onboarding, connector configuration, and provisioning/deprovisioning workflows. -Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation for onboarding processes -Lead the deployment of IGA solutions using Saviynt EIC, ensuring alignment with business, security, and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of RBAC and RBAD, including role mining, entitlement mapping, and access modeling. -Working knowledge of Linux and Windows system administration from an identity and access perspective. -Scripting skills in PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar for automation and custom connector development. -Experience with identity lifecycle management, access request workflows, and attestation processes. -Familiarity with least privilege principles, ABAC, and compliance frameworks. -Experience working in Agile environments"i -Experience managing identities and entitlements in cloud environments (Azure AD, AWS IAM, GCP IAM). -Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. -Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. -Exposure to Saviynt CPAM, CyberArk, or other PAM tools. -Proficiency in Active Directory administration and group/OU management. -Integration between IGA and PAM platforms for unified identity governance. -API integration and scripting for custom workflows and automation. -Working experience developing and troubleshooting REST webservices using Postman or other REST clients -Hands-on experience with Saviynt EIC or similar IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint), including policy configuration, workflow design, and reporting. -Strong ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally across teams and stakeholders. -Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities."
