Tasks

-Own the renewal process and keep contracts current -Act as a trusted advisor—someone customers rely on for guidance and support -Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across different systems, locations, and services -Manage a book of existing customers with a focus on expansion, retention, and referrals -Source and track public and private bid opportunities to stay ahead of future work -Collaborate closely with service, install, and operations teams for a seamless customer experience -Keep your pipeline, activities, and follow-ups organized in HubSpot (our CRM)

What You Bring
