Tasks

-Develop Designs in Power InRoads, OpenRoads Designer, or AutoCAD Civil3D -Prioritize work to meet various project requests and deadlines, answering to various engineers and project managers -Leading the design for large, multi-structure transportation projects -Manage project data files from various sources -Manage workspaces and develop plan sets in ORD, including sheet creation and plan set development

What You Bring

-Must be able to work independently with the ability to accomplish multiple tasks, with competing priorities -10+ years of relevant bridge design experience -Produce accurate output with a keen eye for aesthetics -Mentoring skills and leadership mindset -Associates degree or equivalent technical degree -Be familiar with Power InRoads, OpenRoads Designer, or AutoCAD Civil3D -Ability to read and interpret construction drawings; ability to think 3-dimensionally -Be proactive and responsive in effectively communicating with colleagues and clients, both in-person and virtually/remotely -Knowledge of state DOT standards is a plus, but not required

Benefits
