Tasks

-Transform concepts into 3D part models and assemblies -Facilitate root cause analysis for quality issues on production parts. -Provide engineering support for supplier transitions, dual sourcing and cost reduction initiatives -Create assembly instructions -Validate designs in the intended application through analysis and testing -Perform FEAs, vibration & bolted joint analyses

What You Bring

-Familiar with ProE/Creo -Experience in manufacturing and distribution -4 year bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent -Ability to schedule and meet deadlines -Experience with FEA and vibration analysis -Ability to understand and oversee details needed to release a product -Experience with purchasing and procurement -At least 2-5 years experience -Experience with Engineering design -Effective written and oral communication skills -Ability to communicate with people in multiple geographic locations
