Handles front desk duties, calls, visitors, admin & basic accounting tasks

Tasks

-Provides excellent customer service to employees and visitors. -Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the front desk. -Recording of "Smart Drive" safety results. -Answering, transferring, and screening a high volume of daily phone calls. -Scheduling shipping for real estate leasing and aggregate samples. -Use one or two hands to grasp, move, or assemble objects -Report preparation of company hiring events and statistics. -Assistance with scanning of human resource documents and applications. -Advises visitors of relevant policies and procedures. -Performing D.O.T. safety and performance history verifications through previous employers. -Audit of purchasing tickets. -Greets and directs visitors at the front desk. -Prevents the entry of unauthorized personnel. -Coordinating all accounting operational functions (A/R, A/P, and General Accounting). -Operation of a company electronic switchboard.

What You Bring

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. -Data entry through M.S. Excel. -Experience/exposure to excellent customer service and reception duties. -Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint). -Must be able to remain focused and work effectively, efficiently, and cheerfully under such circumstances. -Must be able to interact with all types of individuals, be mentally alert, detail oriented, and with good reasoning skills. -High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent. -Kneel, stoop, crouch, bend, stretch, twist or crawl. -Must be able to work on more than one assignment at a time with frequent interruptions, changes and delays. -Ability to work 830am.-5pm, Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays during company event days. -Ability to prioritize multiple projects, responsibilities, and deadlines. -Lift 20 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds on occasion. -Valid Driver’s License -Must be personable, polite, dependable, and able to effectively communicate and establish positive relations with the general public and all levels of employees. -Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them.
