  • Provide support of Endur end-user community and be able to be an active participant in project work.
  • Assess data, both master and transactional, and create a data cleansing, migration, and archival
  • Will advise on best practices for the design of work and data flows between front office, mid-office, and back-office systems/processes
  • Increase business effectiveness and efficiency by implementing new product version capabilities.
  • Create strategies and apply best practices for designing, configuring, customizing, integrating, and implementing energy trading and risk management solutions
  • Work with Front, Middle and Back Office functions with configuration, enhancement, and daily support of Trading (financial, physical), Logistics (Scheduling), Risk (Market, Credit, Operational, Compliance, etc.), and Settlements (AR/AP Process, Invoice Management, etc.) business teams
  • Provide inputs on optimizing the product configuration, customization, and integration needs
  • Provide comprehensive document of changes, coordinate user testing, user training
  • Manage tasks, timelines, progress reporting of key deliverables
  • Work across multiple levels, geographies, and multi-cultural teams
  • Lead requirements gathering, functional analysis, functional design and end-to-end support and enhancement of the Endur ETRM system for Power, Gas, Coal, and Renewables trading and risk management

  • 3+ years of Ion Openlink Endur Version 19 or later hands-on experience, Cloud deployment a plus
  • 5+ years of commodity trading, risk, and logistics experience with large enterprise environments
  • 2+ years’ experience in writing basic SQLs, understanding of the Endur data model
  • 3-5 years of Endur experience as an SME working in the Energy and Commodities work space.
  • Maintain highly effective communication with internal stakeholders and adept in handling business changes and managing stakeholder expectations
  • 3-5 years Specializing in Endur configuration and business analysis for power/gas trading solutions include financial, physical, and complex power transactions (PPAs).
  • Computer use (use computer regularly for entire work shift)
  • Experience in system integration best practices specifically for power operations (Scheduling/ISO integration)
  • BS of CS or MIS or equivalent industry related experience
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Trading, Risk Management and Logistics tools (including third party, OATI products a plus) and emerging trends
