Tasks

Architect and deploy cloud-first solutions on AWS or Azure Promote best practice across CI/CD, automation, code review and continuous improvement Partner with the Product Owner to scope, plan and deliver measurable value You’ll guide a focused product team — three developers and a test engineer — and work closely with Product, UX and our global delivery community of over 300 engineers. Your role goes far beyond technical decision-making. You’ll set the standards, coach the team, challenge assumptions with respect and model the behaviours that define modern engineering. You’ll bring people together. You’ll support growth. You’ll help us build a team where every voice is heard and every contribution matters. Model the behaviours you expect from others — curiosity, accountability, collaboration and quality Design, improve and maintain databases using SQL Server and PostgreSQL Own technical decisions and establish clear engineering standards Deliver hands-on using .NET Framework and .NET Core Lead, mentor and develop a delivery team, providing clarity, coaching and direction Guide the team through change in a steady, inclusive and transparent way Work with global counterparts and DevOps specialists to build resilient, scalable systems You’ll create an environment where people feel confident to speak up, challenge ideas respectfully and bring their whole perspective to the work.

What You Bring

Proven cloud experience with AWS or Azure Hands-on expertise in .NET Framework and .NET Core Nice to have: Experience with Angular or front-end technologies Strong experience as a Technical Lead, Senior Engineer or Architect Comfortable giving and receiving challenge in a constructive way This role suits someone who takes pride in leading people as much as building technology — someone who understands that culture and clarity drive performance. Able to guide others through complexity with patience and confidence Strong database skill set across SQL Server and PostgreSQL
