-Administrative Support: Fax, photocopy, and assist with file maintenance, becoming a pivotal support resource. -Lobby Ambassador: Maintain front desk and lobby areas, reflecting our commitment to cleanliness and comfort. -Mail Management: Distribute resident and office mail, acting as a key link in the information chain. -Communication Hub: Answer and transfer calls, take detailed messages, and ensure prompt communication. -Team Collaborator: Work closely with other departments, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
