Identify maintenance tasks, parts and resources required.
Work 38 hours per week Monday to Friday with an early 12pm finish every Friday
Use the Commonwealth Sap S4/HANA System to plan and manage approved maintenance programs and Work Orders within work groups.
Liaise with the Scheduling team to effectively Plan maintenance around Commonwealth priorities and planned completion dates.
Conduct maintenance work planning in line with the fleet maintenance planning directions issued by the Senior Regional Planner.
Liaise with the Scheduling team to effect changes in scheduling to meet customer requirements.
Provide feedback to Commonwealth Personnel on the progress of scheduled maintenance programs.
Source parts via internal and external means.

Familiarity with SAP or similar systems and willingness to learn
Proven experience in maintenance planning or scheduling, ideally in a trade or industrial setting.
A trade qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering or similar) is ideal

You must be an Australian Citizen and able to maintain a Defence Security Clearance
