The Role
Overview
Assist branch managers with admin tasks, billing, customer service, and inventory.

Tasks
-Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and maintaining records. -Provide excellent customer service by answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate departments. -Work closely with sales staff to address job and invoicing questions. -Address customer inquiries professionally and efficiently. -Ensure accurate and timely communication regarding job details, modifications, and follow-ups. -Assist with general office tasks as needed to support overall operations. -Assist with end-of-month billing tasks, including matching invoices with jobs, verifying pricing and modifications for accuracy, and entering revisions provided by sales staff. -Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation in coordination with the finance team. -Organize and maintain filing systems for documentation. -Follow up on job modifications and obtain necessary information for contract updates. -Managing branch inventory for product sales and rental. -Serve as a point of contact for vendors, service providers, and general inquiries. -Mange office supplies and keep break room stocked with coffee & supplies. -Sending out finalized invoices to customers as needed.

What You Bring
-Customer-service-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities. -1-3 years of Office administrative experience preferred. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -Excellent organizational and time-management skills. -Proven experience in an administrative, office assistant, or similar role. -Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office products ( more specifically Excel) and customer relationship management systems a must. -Must maintain a current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record, free of suspension or revocation. (Any position that requires the individual to drive an AWP vehicle and/or be present at an AWP worksite for any reason is considered a safety sensitive position). -Strong proficiency in data entry -Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. -Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices and contracts. -Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
