Tasks

-Support managers and supervisors in documentation and record-keeping related to employee relations and disciplinary actions -Maintain HR information systems and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality -Serve as a contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and workplace concerns -Process employee terminations, maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal policies -Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation, ensuring a seamless transition into the company -Track and administer wage garnishments as required -Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and upholding company culture and core values -Assist with payroll processing when necessary, ensuring accuracy and compliance with wage and hour laws -Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements -Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and employee inquiries related to health, dental, vision, and retirement plans

What You Bring

-Knowledge of State and Federal labor laws and policies -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. (Relevant work experience in lieu of degree considered in lieu of degree) -Working knowledge of Human Resources Administration -Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information and documentation -2+ years relevant work experience
