Tasks

-Effectively process orders and manage any issues that arise. -Use in-house created software to select optimal pumps, generate scope of supply, and submit orders. -Act as a liaison between operations and the customer. -Participate in sales calls with the Sales Engineer as part of development. -Participate in pre-award meetings as required. -Handle customer telephone inquiries. -Interface with outside vendors to solicit quotes for equipment. -Develop effective rapport with customer contacts. -Review customer specifications and prepare comprehensive professional proposals. -Provide technical support to customers.
