Tasks

-Coordinate and adapt production schedules to meet deadlines. -Communicate priorities, expectations, and feedback consistently. -Troubleshoot machining issues and provide technical guidance. -Lead, support, and mentor a team of machinists during afternoon shift operations. -Promote a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement. -Oversee quality, safety, and production efficiency in real-time. -Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized shop environment.

What You Bring

-2+ years supervising or team lead experience -Post-secondary certificate in machining or related program (preferred) -Strong leadership and communication skills -5+ years machining experience (manual and CNC) -Ability to motivate a team and make confident decisions -Familiarity with advanced machining equipment (e.g., DMG, Mazak, Swiss lathe, Okuma)
