Tasks

As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of the development, supporting the successful delivery of this high-profile scheme. Working alongside the project and commercial teams, you’ll be responsible for overseeing budgets, managing subcontractor packages, cost reporting, and ensuring value for money across all stages of the project lifecycle. -Manage all aspects of cost planning, budgeting and forecasting -Ensure compliance with contracts and procurement strategies -Contribute to risk management and cost control procedures. -Prepare and present accurate cost reports to senior management -Conduct valuations, variations, and final accounts -Procure and manage subcontractor packages and monitor performance

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills -Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail -Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting -Experience working on large-scale developments is advantageous. -Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline -Previous experience in a residential new-build environment
