The Role

Overview

Enforce DVLA regulations by clamping untaxed vehicles and advising the public.

Tasks

-Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle. -Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available. -Completes daily reports regarding activities -Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviced and fit for purpose reporting faults to the Manager. -Work alongside other agencies when required including Police DVLA and VOSA. -Liaises with members of the public and give advice regarding clamping and fines.

What You Bring
