Tasks

-Coordinate cross-departmental communication for new initiatives, launches, or rebrands. -Coordinate paid and organic social media campaigns on LinkedIn and industry platforms. -Assist in managing CRM and marketing automation workflows (Salesforce). -Monitor website traffic, SEO, and digital lead generation performance. -Partner with BD team to create targeted outreach assets for key ICP industries -Maintain and update marketing materials -Collaborate with BD to build prospecting playbooks and sales decks tailored to ICP industries and decision-maker personas. -Support trade show preparation, logistics, and post-event follow-up. -Coordinate updates to PowerhouseNOW.com and ensure alignment with current services and case studies. -Support creation and scheduling of email campaigns, newsletters, and client communications. -Develop project spotlights, one-pagers, and success stories for internal and external use. -Maintain Powerhouse’s marketing asset library and sales collateral repository. -Track campaign performance and generate analytics reports. -Compile marketing KPIs (engagement, conversion, ROI) and report monthly results. -Support internal communications, including newsletters, team announcements, and culture campaigns. -Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across digital and print collateral.

What You Bring

-High attention to detail, quality, and brand consistency. -Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, SEO, and content analytics tools. -Experience with CRM/Marketing Automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Constant Contact). -Strong copywriting, proofreading, and visual communication skills. -Knowledge of B2B content strategy and ICP-driven lead generation. -Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. -2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination or digital communications (B2B preferred). -Prior experience in commercial services, construction, or multi-site B2B industries. -Strong communicator — clear, persuasive, and professional. -Creative problem solver who takes initiative and delivers results. -Understanding of Powerhouse’s service lines and target industries (Retail, Hospitality, CRE, Restaurant). -Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. -Collaborative and adaptable — thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. -Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite.
