The Role

Overview

Assist in architectural design, documentation, and site coordination for redevelopment projects.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Prepare feasibility layouts, area statements, FSI calculations, and study models. -Contribute new ideas to elevate design creativity. -Create compelling architectural presentations, renders, and visualizations. -Work on working drawings, liaison drawings, staircase core & parking planning. -Support development of tender drawings, client decks & project reports. -Work closely with senior architects, PMC teams & technical consultants -Design layouts as per DCPR 2034 & UDCPR 2020 with senior guidance. -Assist in internal & client meetings and contribute to design solutions. -Assist in crafting concept designs, massing models, and unit plans. -Participate in site visits, documentation & real-time project understanding. -Coordinate with structural, MEP, legal & PMC teams.

What You Bring

Are you passionate about design, eager to work on real-world redevelopment projects, and ready to learn from a multi-disciplinary consultancy? -AutoCAD (Required) -Good communication & presentation skills -Strong design sense & willingness to learn -B.Arch students (3rd year & above) or fresh graduates -Hands-on learning of DCPR 2034, UDCPR 2020, fire norms, parking rules -SketchUp / Revit (Preferred) -Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint
