Tasks

-Provide support to our HR Manager and HR Administrator -Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures -Assist with payroll and cover holidays within the department -Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties -Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations -Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees -Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews -Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) -Assist our recruiters to source candidates and updating our database
