Tasks

-Have oversight of the procure-to-pay process, working closely with key stakeholders across the business, to ensure that the entire lifecycle from requisition to payment is efficient and compliant. -Support the month end close process by preparing accruals and other transactions, including the setup and analysis of supporting schedules. -Perform all Accounts Receivable duties, including creating and submitting customer invoices, receipting of incoming payments, resolving aged debt items, and reconciling the AR ledger. -Support the year-end reporting process, including being involved in the annual external audit. -Play a critical role in the cash management of the company, analysing incoming and outgoing payments, and ensuring that sufficient liquidity is always maintained.

What You Bring

-Able to effectively plan, organise and prioritise tasks and activities to maximise productivity. -Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with Oracle-based systems is advantageous. -Previous finance experience is desirable, however not essential, as we also welcome applicants who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop within the role. -Ability to accurately process information with precision and minimal errors.
