Tasks

-Ensure that all scheduling processes and reports comply with company standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements. -Manage and adjust schedules as necessary to account for project changes, resource availability, and shifting priorities. -Prepare and present clear, concise reports and schedule updates to stakeholders, project managers, and senior leadership -Coordinate with different stakeholders and develop an integrated project schedule maintaining the project timelines within cost and quality. Converting the MSP schedule to P6. -Contribute to the development of project proposals, providing accurate time estimates and resource planning -Accountable for Cost control and tracking, Management of Changes, Earned Value and Progress Measurement, accurate forecasting, manhours estimate and tracking, invoicing support and validation. -Preparing regular progress reports and documentation for project milestones -Develop and maintain detailed, accurate project schedules using advanced project management and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). -Coordinate with project managers and engineers to establish project milestones, critical paths, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with client goals and scope -Provide mentoring and guidance to junior planners and assist with their professional development. -Facilitate communication between project teams to ensure that tasks are completed in sequence, resources are available when needed, and dependencies are properly managed. -Track and report project performance against baseline schedules, identifying delays or deviations and providing recommendations for corrective actions.

What You Bring

-Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6) is highly desirable -Experience in planning of construction of gas turbine based power projects is preferred. -At least 10-15 years of experience in project planning or scheduling, with a focus on engineering, construction, or large-scale infrastructure projects. -Adept at navigating complexities and mitigating risks, leveraging strong analytical problem-solving skills. -Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
