Tasks

You will oversee all aspects of the Power sector, ensuring contracts are delivered efficiently, profitability targets are met, and future opportunities are identified and secured. This role reports directly to the General Manager – Power & Network Services and influences a revenue portfolio of $150M+. -Leading the Power sector nationally, ensuring operational performance meets contractual KPIs and SLAs. -Driving financial outcomes through robust budgeting, forecasting, and analysis frameworks. -Managing risks and issues to minimise impact on business operations. -Developing strategic growth plans targeting medium and long-term business objectives. -Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and identifying growth opportunities. -Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards across all operations. -Monitoring market trends and responding to opportunities for expansion into new sectors. -Providing leadership and guidance to direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture.

Join a growing ASX-listed leader as our Sector Lead – Power Division, you will play a pivotal role in leading and growing our Utilities business nationally. This senior leadership position is ideal for experienced professionals passionate about operational excellence, strategic growth, and building strong stakeholder relationships. This will be offered as a permanent full-time role based out of our modern head office in Melbourne, however we are open to this being located from one of our offices in NSW or QLD. -Ability to think strategically and influence key internal and external stakeholders at all levels. -Exposure to the Power industry is highly desirable, but not essential. -Demonstrated expertise in overseeing complex business operations, prioritising both operational efficiency and sustained profitability. -Degree in Business Management, Commerce or equivalent. -Strong commercial and financial acumen.
