Tasks

-Manage the region, including valuation flow and panel input. -Stay updated on local markets and technical developments, including HMOs. -Comply with RICS regulations and other requirements. -Maintain local panel valuer relationships and provide input and oversight of the advice received. -Conduct valuations per company lending criteria, RICS Red Book, and Paragon's guidance. -Attend Head Office for Duty Surveyor role, meetings, and projects. -Provide high-quality professional advice as the face of the Group. -Support other Group business lines, including Development Finance and Due Diligence. -Provide Market Reports and other information for Group Strategy. -Be the local “Gatekeeper” and expert for the post code coverage. -Assist with Receiver of Rent, Repossession, and Power of Sale cases.
