Tasks

-Book travel and lodging for crew members -Answering multi-line phone system -Greeting customers and visitors -Assist in some Accounting operations, including truing up factory employee hours in readiness for payroll processing -Track and order office supplies -Coordinating deliveries to factory floor, warehouse, office, and mail delivery etc. -Help coordinate monthly / annual company events, including trainings -Helping with advertising, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires using Paylocity system -Assisting in benefits enrollment, filing workers comp injuries, filing, creating / modifying documents, other HR admin duties -Data entry of purchase orders keeping track of order status
