Tasks

-Coordination with Hospital Staff: Liaise with hospital management and clinical teams to prioritise maintenance work and minimize disruption to hospital services. -Reporting and Documentation: Work with EQUANS site team to provide accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for audit and compliance purposes. -Plant Inspections and Repairs: Oversee the routine inspection, servicing, and repair of plant to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. -Budget and Resource Management: Oversee the use of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality service. -Supervision of Maintenance Staff: Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring tasks are completed to the required standards and timelines. -Contractual Deliverables: Ensure that maintenance works are conducted according to the terms of the PFI contract, including response times and performance standards. -Compliance and Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations, hospital policies, and PFI contract requirements.
