Tasks

-Collaborate with business leaders and teams to translate complex information into clear, engaging messaging that aligns with CPP’s values and strategic objectives. -Coordinate external marketing and branding efforts, including content creation, LinkedIn publishing, and supporting employer branding initiatives to enhance CPP’s profile. -Support social licence and community engagement projects, helping to communicate CPP’s positive impact within the communities where we operate. -Develop and execute creative campaigns that showcase employee stories, projects, and organisational achievements across internal and external channels. -Lead internal communications initiatives to ensure employees are informed and engaged on critical systems updates, People & Culture programs, and strategic priorities.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated ability to create branding content and manage external marketing channels, with a focus on LinkedIn -5+ years’ experience in Marketing or Communications role, or equivalent, preferably within a comparative industry -Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored to diverse audiences. -Experience at a medium to large organisation with multiple locations will be highly regarded -Flexibility to travel interstate -Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels -Choice between an iPhone or Samsung mobile -Based in our Head Office in the Adelaide CBD -Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent. -Confidence in managing multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
