Tasks

-Approach process improvements with an automation mindset and innovative solutions. -Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and tax processes, including the annual financial review. -Take a proactive approach to recording bills while adhering to internal controls and procedures. -Follow safe work practices at all times. -Participate in accounting, tax, and business projects as needed. -Compile Accounts Receivable monthly statements. -Review a high volume of transactions to ensure accuracy. -Collaborate with internal and external customers positively and professionally. -Record and maintain General Ledger Accounts with diligence and attention to detail. -Update process documentation for accounting procedures and understand transactional workflows to ensure data integrity. -Contribute to the annual budget preparation.

What You Bring

-Strong computer skills and understanding of databases. -Sound decision-making skills regarding reconciliation discrepancies. -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a relevant field. -Meticulous attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude. -Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. -At least 2 years of experience in an accounting role. -Ability to work independently and interact effectively with team members and clients. -Utilize an analytical mindset in approaching financial reviews. -Intermediate level proficiency in Excel and strong competency in the MS Office Suite. -Proficiency in QBO (QuickBooks Online)
