Tasks

-Provide expert guidance on complex BIM-related issues and participate in high-level decision-making processes -Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes across all project phases -Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows -Lead and mentor a team of BIM professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement -Implement and manage quality assurance and control procedures for digital deliverables -Drive the adoption of cutting-edge BIM technologies and best practices within the organization -Collaborate with global project teams to ensure consistent BIM implementation across diverse geographical locations -Manage and optimize the use of Common Data Environment (CDE) tools to facilitate efficient project collaboration -Develop and implement comprehensive BIM strategies for large-scale, multidisciplinary projects -Develop and deliver BIM training programs to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes

What You Bring

-Proficiency in developing and implementing BIM strategies for large-scale projects -Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 19650 framework and related BIM standards -International experience working with global project teams is highly desirable -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach -Knowledge of visual programming languages such as Dynamo or Grasshopper is preferred -Ability to adapt to and drive innovation in rapidly evolving technological environments -Strong background in 3D and 2D model deliverables for complex infrastructure projects -Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary projects with geographically dispersed teams -Experience in establishing and managing quality assurance and control procedures for digital deliverables -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or a related field -Minimum of 15 years of experience in BIM and digital delivery, with a proven track record in senior BIM management roles -Excellent organizational and time management abilities -Advanced proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, and Navisworks -Experience with Common Data Environment (CDE) tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bentley ProjectWise -Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
