The Role

Overview

Lead pipefitting crews, oversee installations, ensure safety/quality on high-purity projects.

Tasks

-Adhere to strict site safety standards. -Communicate effectively with superintendents, QA/QC, and safety teams. -Coordinate manpower, materials, and tools for optimal workflow. -Track crew hours, materials, and progress; report updates to project leadership. -Interpret isometrics, P&IDs, and construction drawings accurately. -Promote and enforce all company and site safety policies. -Plan and organize daily work to meet production and schedule goals. -Lead and supervise crews of pipefitters and apprentices on active construction projects. -Inspect layout, fit-up, and installation to meet specifications and cleanliness standards.

What You Bring

-Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. -Possess effective verbal and written communication skills. -OSHA 30 and cleanroom experience preferred. -Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and P&IDs. -Ability to work long hours as necessary -Familiarity with plastic piping systems (PVDF, PP, PVC) and fusion processes. -5+ years of pipefitting experience, with 2+ years in a foreman or lead role. -Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills. -Ability to move in and around confined, clutter-filled, and uneven areas. -Experience in semiconductor or high-purity piping environments. -Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and drive field productivity.
