Tasks
-Inventory Cycle Counting, -Analyzing Information, -Coordinates with multiple vendors (including manufacturers and distributors) to arrange deliveries on a consistent schedule -Maintains secure storage of certain material to meet client material security requirements -Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations. -Secures property by developing protection and access policies and procedures, coordinating patrols with security department. -Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. -Develops logistic program operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping. -Attends weekly project team meeting with various project teams to understand the needs of the job sites -Managing Processes and management -Implement MCD and Contractual obligations towards management of Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) -Identify and understand the speech of another person. -Coordinates and communicates with all project superintendents, project managers, and project engineers who have material stored in warehouse -Coordinate with QC and production to ensure identification, segregation and proper disposition of non-conforming material (RMA, RTV, Purges, Holds etc.) -Document, implement and maintain controls applicable to ISO9001, ISO27001, CMMI, and UL standards. -Actively maintains detailed inventory log of equipment and material contained on project site. -Performs quality checks of all material that enters and exits the project site -Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction. -Coordinated closely with personnel located at MMEP to ensure that material is transferred (with documentation) to MMEP -Establishes consistent delivery schedule with a 3 week look ahead (both for material that is needed on project). -Develops project site layout design, product flow, and product handling systems, evaluating, and recommending new equipment.

What You Bring
-Ability to travel locally with own transportation. -Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management logistics, finance, business administration or relevant discipline. -13+ years of experience with a high school diploma. -8 + or more years of experience in logistic/supply change management or -MS Excel -Understand project job requirements and be able to compare material received against specific project requirements -Must have eligibility to work in the U.S. -Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard. -Organizational skills -Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. -Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. -Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time. -Communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
