Tasks

-Ensure professional presentation and uphold the company's reputation within the communities. -Greet Clients and Showhome visitors in a friendly and professional manner, set up appointments, answer questions and provide general information about the company and homes for sale in the respective community. -Assist with registering clients, showcasing the features of the Showhomes and bridging a connection to the Sales Associate or Area Sales Managers. -Assist the Area Sales Managers and Sales Associates with completion of various tasks. -Ensure the Showhome is fully stocked with marketing materials, office supplies and ensure Showhome is kept organized and tidy . -Converse and connect with customers to ensure they remain on site if a Sales Associate or Area Sales Manager is unavailable. -Stay up to date on and be able to discuss community features, amenities and services which provide value and interest to prospective customers. -Provide a supportive and inclusive environment which welcomes and accommodates all customers and visitors across various cultures, communities, abilities and groups. -Float across different Showhomes throughout the city as required by the Area Sales Managers.

What You Bring

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Showhome Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, providing information about our properties, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. This position requires a flexible individual who is good at taking direction, willing to travel across the city to our various Showhome locations throughout the week, and eager to excel and grow within our team. Only those legally authorized to work in Canada will be considered. If you are not currently authorized to work in Canada, your application will not be considered. -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail to maintain a pristine showhome environment. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people. -Proficiency in using Microsoft Office is preferred. -High School or GED certificate required. -Must possess a valid Driver's License, have reliable transportation and ability to drive to varying communities and locations throughout the city. -Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. -Ability to stand for extended periods, walk through Showhomes, and perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed. -One (1) or more years of customer service experience in a professional environment with a strong emphasis on customer interaction and satisfaction. -Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the high standards of our team and company. -Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to travel across the city to different showhome locations as required. -Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for real estate and customer service. -Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, adapt to changing situations, and work independently with minimal supervision.
