The Role

Overview

Plan, deliver and oversee site mobilisation and demobilisation on large construction projects.

Tasks

-Supervise mobilisation activities on site, ensuring quality checks and compliance with Health & Safety standards. -Build strong relationships with internal teams and external supply chain partners. -Manage programmes for modular/cabin setups and ensure all orders meet SLA and KPI requirements. -Act as the single point of contact for customers and suppliers, conducting professional onsite meetings. -Plan and deliver site mobilisation and demobilisation to ensure projects start and finish smoothly. -Produce accurate cost data, handovers, and lessons learned reports for stakeholders.

What You Bring

-First Aid at Work, Fire Awareness Training. -Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint). -CITB SSSTS or SMSTS qualification. -Previous experience in construction and site mobilisation -Excellent communication skills and ability to engage at all levels. -CPCS Appointed Person in Lifting. -Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. -CSCS Card (Labourer or above). -NVQ in Construction Supervision/Management.
