Tasks

You'll be involved in a variety of engaging tasks, contributing to the smooth running of our prestigious developments. We’re seeking a Technical Administrator to join our dynamic and skilled Technical Team in our Beaconsfield office. In this role, you’ll provide vital administrative and document control support, helping ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our technical projects. -Assist with the production of appointment documents for consultants. -Coordinate with planning authorities, building control and warranty providers to obtain approvals. -Use software such as Dochosting to store, track and control project documentation. -Liaise with utility providers to arrange installations and manage billing. -Organise the issuing of drawings for various parties.
