Tasks

Job Purpose: To serve as an analytical and oversight arm of the Board of Directors by monitoring the overall strategic and operational performance of the Group, ensuring that objectives and approved plans are achieved in line with the highest standards of governance, transparency, and business excellence. The role provides the Chairman and Board Members with accurate and objective reports on financial and operational performance and submits data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making. -Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports and submit them directly to the Chairman. -Ensure alignment of KPIs with the Group’s strategic goals and business objectives. -Participate in Board meetings and deliver analytical presentations on performance status and future outlook. -Monitor and review key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments and subsidiaries on a regular basis. -Analyze financial and operational trends and provide comparative reports highlighting deviations and root causes. -Provide independent, data-driven, and objective reports to the Board regarding overall organizational performance. -At least 90% implementation of approved Board recommendations within target timelines. -100% of performance reports submitted on schedule. -Review excellence and improvement initiatives to ensure alignment with the Group’s vision. -Recommend corrective actions and performance enhancement measures to relevant departments. -Coordinate with executive department heads to assess compliance with approved operational plans. -Contribute to building an integrated governance and performance framework based on EFQM, COSO, and ISO standards.

What You Bring

-Proven experience preparing executive-level reports and Board dashboards. -Strategic and holistic thinking. -We prefer only Arabic Speaker applicants only. -Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities. -Precision, accuracy, and attention to detail. -Strong knowledge of global governance and performance frameworks (EFQM, COSO, ISO 9001, Balanced Scorecard). -Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Zoho Analytics, or Tableau. -Minimum 98% data accuracy in analytical and executive reports. -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics. Master’s degree (MBA or Master in Governance/Business Excellence) preferred. -Leadership, diplomacy, and influence across executive levels. -Objectivity and transparency in reporting. -Minimum 7 years of experience in performance analysis, governance, or senior executive management. -Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills in both Arabic and English. -High integrity, independence, and professionalism in conducting oversight duties.
