Tasks

-Provide outstanding customer service -The employee frequently is required to talk or hear -Operate interactive equipment -Meet and assist visitors in all museum areas to include access control/information desk, gallery and tour group greetings -While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel

What You Bring

-High School Diploma or equivalent -Available to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and Patriots home games -Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus -0-2 years of experience guest service experience -Be familiar with all museum gallery exhibits and events -Basic computer skills -Will work in all types of weather, including extreme heat and cold -Ability to stand for long periods of time -The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms -Customer service and communication skills required -Must be willing to function in all visitor services positions -The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
